The world of motorcycle racing is constantly witnessing the birth of new talent, and one of the most promising rising stars is the young Austrian Jakob Rosenthaler. Born on May 15, 2006, this passionate racer has already attracted attention at a young age and has recorded numerous successes in various racing categories.
Jakob Rosenthaler showed a fascinating affinity for motorsport at an early age. He began riding motorcycles at a young age and quickly developed a passion for racing. This early love of the sport laid the foundation for his impressive career.
In 2016, Jakob took part in the Supermoto Grenzlandcup in the 65 cc class. His talent was already evident here, as he achieved overall victory. He was able to repeat this success the following year, setting a clear sign of his promising future in motorsport.
The transition to higher classes brought new challenges. Rosenthaler finished second overall in the Austrian Youth Supermoto National Championship in 2018, while he took 13th place in the ADAC Mini Bike Cup - Novice Class. In 2019, however, he returned to dominant form and once again won the Austrian Youth Supermoto National Championship as well as a respectable 6th place in the ADAC Mini Bike Cup - junior class.

In 2020, Jakob Rosenthaler ventured onto the international stage and took part in the Nothern Talent Cup. Here he placed an impressive 6th overall, underlining his skills at international level.

In 2022, he ventured into the Red Bull Rookies Cup again and competed in the Moto3 Junior World Championship at the same time. Here he finished 15th overall, which indicates a positive development in his racing career.
The year 2023 marks another milestone in Jakob Rosenthaler's career. He finished 12th overall in the Moto3 Junior World Championship, once again underlining his consistent performance at the highest level.
At the same time, Jakob Rosenthaler continued his participation in the Red Bull Rookies Cup in 2023. Here he achieved 20th place overall, and his commitment and determination are unmistakable.
In 2024, the Austrian competed for the Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP team in the FIM JuniorGP World Championship and faced strong competition in the Grand Prix environment. Rosenthaler gained important experience in a challenging season and finished the year in 29th place overall.
In 2025, Jakob Rosenthaler was flexible and took on several racing assignments in the Moto3 World Championship as a substitute rider for various teams. He proved his adaptability in different structures and on changing material and collected further valuable racing kilometers at international level.
The next step in his career follows with a view to 2026: Rosenthaler will compete in the Euro Moto Sportbike class and is focusing on a consistent season in a stable environment. The aim is to establish himself quickly, collect points regularly and catch up with the front runners.
