Manuel González, the talented Spanish racer, has made impressive progress in the motorcycle world in recent years. At the young age of just 16, Manuel competed in the Supersport 300 World Championship in 2018, where he finished in 6th place. Although he wasn't able to ride right at the front in his first year, he still showed promising signs and proved that he has what it takes to be a racing driver.
A year later, in 2019, his efforts paid off. González crowned his hard work by winning the Supersport 300 World Championship. This title represented an important milestone in his career and opened the door to higher classes in motorcycle racing. The 2020 season took him into the Supersport World Championship, where he proved himself once again, finishing in 7th place. In the following season, 2021, he was able to improve even further and finished in 3rd place.
The switch to Moto2 in 2022 marked the start of a new chapter in González's career. He finished the season in 16th place, which was not the desired result but provided valuable experience in the demanding Moto2 category. In 2023, he showed a clear improvement and finished in 8th place. This progress confirmed that he was on the right track to establish himself in Moto2.
In 2024, Manuel González will once again compete in the Moto2 World Championship and has secured 3. place in the overall standings. These achievements not only show his talent, but also his determination to succeed in the highly competitive Moto2 world class.

Manuel González had a very strong 2025 Moto2 season with the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team. He made his mark early on: At the Thailand GP, he secured his first win of the season from pole position and thus got the team going. This was followed by a dominant start-finish victory in Jerez, in which he defended his lead over the entire distance - and his team-mate Senna Agius also finished on the podium.

Manuel González not only shone in the race, but also in qualifying: for example, he took his fourth pole of the year in Jerez. In total, he took four Grand Prix victories in the season, including a prestigious triumph in which he fought his way forward from 8th position and narrowly held off Arenas.
Despite tough battles, there was one disappointment: At the Indonesian GP, he was disqualified after the race because a firmware update was not transferred correctly - which set him back in the championship race.
At the end of the season, Manuel González secured the runner-up title in the Moto2 World Championship with 257 points, nine podium finishes and seven pole positions.
Manuel Gonzalez will remain loyal to the Intact GP team in 2026, continuing to ride alongside Senna Agius. With his experience, speed and determination, he is determined to fight for the world title again.
Conclusion: His dedication and passion for racing make him a rider to keep an eye on. His development and progress in Moto2 is impressive and the motorcycling world will be watching closely to see if Manuel will realize his big dream of MotoGP.
